Bill Gate's New Mexico Experiment To Cause Drought, Starvation, Health Crises

An Interesting Experiment Over New Mexico

Microsoft founder Bill Gates has admitted in public many times that he feels that there are too many people in the world. I guess this is his answer to what he feels is the problem. He plans to fund a geo-experiment that will have catastrophic effects on the entire earth’s eco-system. This experiment threatens to worsen droughts and starve possibly billions of people. And those who might survive will suffer physical problems that will make them wish they had not survived. How can something as evil as this affect us out here in New Mexico? Mr. Gates plans to launch a balloon that will release sulphur dioxide particles into the atmosphere at an altitude of 80,000 feet over Fort Sumner, New Mexico. How can we tolerate or even comprehend such evil?

An experiment funded by Microsoft founder Bill Gates will see thousands of tons of sulphur particles sprayed over New Mexico as part of a geo-engineering study, despite the fact that even staunch environmentalists have warned the process could have catastrophic effects on the earth’s eco-system. This so called Geo-engineering threatens to worsen droughts, starve millions.


Even environmentalists who support the global warming fiasco are warning against this experiment. The impact of this experiment could cause further damage to the ozone layer; it could cause severe droughts; and if it does rain, it will be acid rain, killing crops rather than nourishing them. This will create a worldwide starvation event. Although starvation may be a better way to go because sulphur dioxide can cause suffocation and lung embolism, damage to liver and kidneys, reproductive failure, and heart damage just to name a few. Along with these severe issues, mothers can pass sulphur poisoning over to their children through mother’s milk. This experiment is slated to take place within a year.

With this experiment, Mr. Gates is not even picking and choosing who lives and who dies. What is certain is that he is starting with all New Mexicans. We may not have a large population here, but we could make our voices heard. Everyone needs to be made aware of this plan and call a halt to it.  Will we tolerate such evil? Since when did the amount of money you have suddenly place you into a position of Deity? Mr. Gates wants to play God and say that X amount of people should die in order for a smaller amount of people to live. Excerpt from Day Thirty-One of The Virgin Mary in the Kingdom of the Divine Will

. . . As I gave my last breath of pure love in the endlessness of the Divine Will, my Son received me in His arms and took me to Heaven, in the midst of the angelic choirs which praised me as their Queen.  I can say that Heaven emptied Itself to come toward me.  All celebrated, and in looking at me, remained enraptured and said in chorus:  “Who is She, who comes from the exile, all cleaving to her Lord?  All beautiful, all holy, with the scepter of Queen?  Her greatness is such that the heavens have lowered themselves to receive Her.  No other creature has entered the celestial regions so adorned and so striking—so powerful as to hold supremacy over all.”

Now, blessed child, you must know that this was the first feast made in Heaven for the Divine Will, which had worked so many prodigies in Its creature.  Therefore, at my entrance into Heaven, the whole celestial Court celebrated all the beautiful and great things that the Divine Fiat can work in the creature.  Since then, these feasts have never been repeated, and this is why your Mama loves, so much, that the Divine Will reign in the souls in an absolute way:  to give It the field in order to let It repeat Its great prodigies and Its marvelous feasts.

Look to your Covenant, O, Lord, and forget not the life of your poor ones for ever. Arise, O, God, and defend your cause, and forget not the cries of those who seek you. PSalm 74.

ALL AMERICANS WILL RECEIVE A MICROCHIP IMPLANT IN 2013 PER OBAMACARE

A major news story broke on AOL and countless other mainstream news media outlets, this past week, that the Obama Health Care Bill will require all U.S. citizens and babies to receive a microchip or Medchip by March 23, 2013. Whether or not the microchip requirement in the bill is implemented by 2013, remains to be seen.

In 2010, my book “Are You Ready for the Microchip?” was released, and I asked the question, “Is the microchip implant hidden in the Healthcare Bill? Are newborn children starting in 2013 going to receive a microchip shortly after birth?” Then in the book, I wrote, “ In the massive US HEALTHCARE BILL, which your elected representatives voted for without reading, there is a section titled: Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521 – National Medical Device Registry which states:

“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”

The language is deliberately vague, but it provides the structure for making America the first nation in the world that would require every U.S. citizen to receive an implanted radio-frequency (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling medical care.

A number of states like Virginia, have passed “stop the mark of the beast legislation” in an effort to stop this kind of legislation.

As with numerous other things that I have written and spoken about based on solid documentation, I am regularly challenged by some, and especially those in the Christian community, who are clueless about what is going on. Their criticism has never prevented me from presenting the facts, because I never take a poll about what I write or speak on. A Christian is called to speak the truth in love, whether or not it is accepted. I am not trying to disparage any ministry, but I don’t determine what I say based on whether or not it is “seeker friendly,” or popular. The only issue is, is it true and is it wise to communicate it at that particular time?

There are many things that I could say, but don’t, because there many people in our nation who, when confronted with a truth that is outside the box of their socially engineered consciousness, go into cognitive dissonance. As the microchip implant moves closer day by day, along with the “manufactured crisis” of illegal immigration, the problems of states like Arizona are creating an environment where Senators Charles Schumer (D-NY) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) are moving legislation forward that would require all U.S. workers, citizens and resident alike, to obtain and carry a National Biometric ID Card in order to work within the United States. It does not matter where you stand on the issue of amnesty or immigration, everyone is going to have to have a National Biometric ID Card that will eventually contain an RFID transmitter which will allow Big Brother electronic data bases to track all of your personal information. It is a simply a national ID card under another name. The national ID card will transition into a microchip implant, because that is technically more efficient. All of this which is about to happen very soon, is just the tip of the iceberg.

President Ronald Reagan refused to pass what he called this “Mark of the Beast” legislation. In my book, “Are You Ready for the Microchip?,” I examine the careful wording in the Health Care Bill which calls for a Med-Chip and a microchip implant. It was never hidden, it is simply Republican and Democrat, along with our corporate-controlled and Orwellian media, who deliberately chose to ignore it. The Bilderberg Group gave orders to microchip the entire U.S. population and then the world. Before the Health Care Bill was passed, the target date was set for the year 2013, when every baby born in the U.S. will receive a microchip at birth. Many are attacking President Obama for this, but although it is the Obama Health Care Bill, the microchip plan was created decades ago and put onto the fast track by the Republican Administration of President George Bush and his allegedly “born-again” Attorney General, John Ashcroft, after 911. It seems Ashcroft was more concerned about covering up the breasts of a Lady Liberty statue in the hallway of the Department of Justice, than he was about protecting our Constitutional liberties, which include the freedom of religion.

Unfortunately, Evangelical Christians make excellent political pawns because they focus on secondary issues, rather than the important issues. This is because Evangelical Christianity in America today does not have a truly Biblical worldview. I truly do not want to sound unkind, but the historical reality is that Evangelical Christians have played the part of what Lenin called “useful idiots.” Obviously, this is not what God planned for His people. But, by rejecting a Biblical worldview, the Scripture, “My people perish for lack of knowledge,” is fulfilled. The majority of Evangelical Christians in America have a very superficial faith as a result of what they are being taught in many of their churches and seminaries.

The new microchip technology with an RFID chip is so advanced it sounds like science fiction. The Apostle Paul explains how this fits into Revelation 13, where the False Prophet will head a one world religion and force people to accept the mark of the beast. A microchip implant, biochip implant or med chip, in and of itself, is not necessarily the mark of the beast. The mark of the beast under the direction of the False Prophet, requires the conscious rejection of Jesus Christ as Lord and a commitment to worship the Antichrist as God.

The challenge for Christians and others will be the very act of taking a microchip implant, biochip implant or med chip, simply because of its parallel to the Biblical mark of the beast. Will people of faith be exempted for religious reasons or will they be forced to take it or imprisoned. In addition, any microchip technology could be activated with enhanced controls after it is implanted. So what starts out as a simple microchip implant could become a technology where at some future time, you must worship the Antichrist as God, and reject Jesus Christ as Lord in order to participate in the economic system. The built-in and evolving capacity of microchip technology makes this a dangerous possibility.

In the final analysis, the simple act of accepting the implantation of a microchip for medical reasons appears harmless on the surface. However, there is no guarantee that once it is implanted, that it will not be activated for mark of the beast technology. This is the danger and challenge that lies before us.

Villegas Openly Assails P-noy's RH Bill Support

MANILA, August 4, 2012—Despite his ties to the Aquino Family, Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Socrates Villegas today reminded President Benigno Simeon Aquino III that his administration’s “Kung walang corrupt, walang mahirap” slogan should not mean to say “kung walang anak, walang mahirap.”

In a message to the youth, read by Henrietta de Villa during the “Prayer Power Rally Against the RH  Bill” at EDSA shrine, Villegas said it is corruption that the government should cure, not nurse.

“Corruption is the cancer of the Philippines that prevents us from growing. When President Aquino called us his boss, we cheered; when he banned wang-wang in the street and moral wang-wang in the bureaucracy, we followed his vision.

“[But,] My dear youth, contraception is corruption. The use of government and taxpayers’ money to give out contraceptive pills is corruption,” Villegas said.

Although he was not physically present during the anti-RH bill rally spearheaded by the CBCP’s Episcopal Commission on Family and Life (ECFL), Villegas made his presence felt when he also reminded the Aquino government to focus on getting rid of corrupt government officials, not unborn babies through the promotion of artificial contraception.

“A culture of contraception looks at babies as reasons for poverty. Birth control, they say, means more food, more classrooms, more houses and better health for mothers. If more babies are the cause of poverty, are we now saying, ‘kung walang anak, walang mahirap?”

“It doesn’t rhyme because it is not correct. We can have more classrooms, more food, more jobs if we would be less corrupt. Send out the corrupt official, not the baby,” he told the youth.

‘Your birth is not a mistake’

Villegas vowed to join the fight against the passage of the RH bill in Congress, saying the fight is more to correct the misconception that children are a mistake and not a blessing.

“My dear youth, your birth is not a mistake. Your birth was God’s gift to us your elders. You are not the problem; you are our blessing. The problem is the corruption of your elders; your elders must change, for your future can be brighter.

“I am standing to defend you. We are fighting the error because you might be misled. We are battling corruption because we know it can harm your soul. Believe me, contraception harms your soul,” he added.

Villegas gave a subtle reminder to the government that if the RH bill is passed into law under the Aquino administration, Aquino’s legacy will be a “contraceptive generation, which will eventually give birth to an abortion generation.”

“If a contraceptive pill is to be considered an essential medicine, what sickness is it curing? Is pregnancy a sickness? Why is it that women get sick with cancer after taking the contraceptive pill? My dear youth, contraception, makes healthy people sick,” he added.

Protective of the youth

The prelate also clarified to the youth that the Church is not lost in its own world about the issue on artificial contraception nor being insensitive to the signs of the times.

“When we teach you that contraception is corruption, we are not being insensitive to the challenges of modernity. We are just being protective of you because it can destroy you sooner than you think.

“Artificial contraception could open the door to moral infidelity and a general lowering of standards. We your elders do not want you to follow the path to moral corruption,” he added.

Villegas also warned government economic advisers that population control will not make the Philippines a tiger economy in Asia.

“We want to be a tiger economy in Asia like our neighbors but what is a tiger without teeth? What is progress without our laughing children? For whom do we envision progress? What is victory at the expense of the immortal soul?” he asked.

Though he did not direct his message to the President, the prelate vowed to fight anyone who will push for the passage of the RH Bill.

“We shall fight contraception or we will perish as a Godly nation. Youth of the Philippines, because I love you, I will fight contraception. This battle is for you and I fight for the love of you,” Villegas added.

Villegas was a staunch supporter and friend of President Aquino’s mother, Corazon Aquino, since the EDSA People Power Revolution.

Other bishops present during the prayer power rally against the RH Bill at EDSA Shrine today were Bishops Jose Oliveros of Malolos, Pablo David of Infanta, Gabriel Reyes of Antipolo, Ramon Arguelles of Lipa, and Leo Tumulak of the Military Ordinariate. (YouthPinoy)

A Time To Pray

Even if the Lower House of Congress ends the debate on the RH bill, the controversies surrounding it will not end. And the reason is simple: many points of fact and of law brought out during the debate have been totally ignored, or have not been denied, or satisfactorily refuted or proven by its proponents as incorrect and false. The debate on the bill would have ended long before, and proper and intelligent voting could have followed, if the sponsors and backers of the bill had only addressed directly and answered satisfactorily the following issues raised:

Are the sponsors of the bill its real authors?

No. As early as the ’90s certain foreign groups already started promoting the alleged “reproductive rights” of women through the adoption of reproductive health laws and policies supposedly aimed at saving the lives and protecting the health of women all over the world. In fact some local government units (LGUs) have already enacted ordinances patterned after this RH bill of the foreign lobbyists. But subsequently these foreign lobbyists wanted it to be a more encompassing law of national application. So they ask some Congressmen and Senators to sponsor the bill. To make it “sensitive to – and effective in – our cultural, economic and political context” and to disguise the real purpose of the bill, other features were added. Thus the title of the bill now includes not only “Reproductive Health” but also “Population Development” and lately “Responsible Parenthood” according to P-Noy.

Who are these foreign groups pushing for the passage of the bill?

They are United States (US) based groups tapped by the US government itself and certain United Nations (UN) agencies that the UN uses at the instance of the US to make it appear that this is a global undertaking for the benefit of developing countries. Specifically they are the UN Fund for Population Development and Assistance (UNFPA) which grants financial assistance to developing nations that will pass the RH bill to achieve certain “Millennium Development Goals” (MDG).

Then there are the private groups like the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), which operates the largest abortion business in the US; and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation which has recently set aside $4.4 billion to promote abortion in other countries. They operate here by supporting local NGOs like the Philippine Legislative Council for Population Development (PLCPD) and the Family Planning Organization of the Philippines (FPOP) to push for the passage of the RH bill that appropriates P3.3 billion in taxpayer’s money to fund contraception, sterilization and sexuality education in Philippine schools. In 2011 alone the FPOP received from IPPF the amount of $625,095 to work for the passage of the bill.

With this kind of foreign groups, it is quite clear that they are pushing for the passage of the RH bill to “ensure access to abortion services within an integrated sexual and reproductive health package.” Abortion is indeed one of IPPF’s Five “A”s with the strategy of “Advocating for the right to safe abortion services and providing them to the fullest extent permitted by law” (Planned Parenthood eyes “scale up” of abortion in PH, by Dominic Francisco).

But the sponsors and backers of the bill claim that it does not allow abortion and in fact prevents abortion?

This claim is contradicted by the provisions of the bill itself allowing universal access to an entire range of contraceptives which actually cause abortion as medically proven by documented researches. Furthermore, the World Health Organization (WHO) itself found that some contraceptives cause cancer and other serious diseases. And even if they do not directly cause abortion, contraception leads to abortion because “the use of contraception implies that while sexual activity is important, babies are a nuisance to be avoided. That viewpoint soon spreads to babies already growing inside their mothers. Such babies are often spoken to as mere “blobs of tissue” to be terminated at the whim of the pregnant woman and their doctors. Contraceptive practice moves all too easily from preventing conception to destroying fertilized ova.” (Dr. Les Hemingway, M.B., B.S., “Contraception and Common Sense”)

What the RH bill prevents is the crude, unhealthy and dangerous way of taking out babies from their mother’s womb by making it safer and healthier through the use of contraceptives. This is the real meaning of reproductive health. This is confirmed by the WHO which states that “restrictions on abortion demean women as decision makers and deter and delay them from seeking the reproductive health care they need and place their health and autonomy at risk. In short reproductive health means safe abortion. And this is concretely shown by USA, the formulator of the RH bill, where 500 million babies have already been killed through abortion since Roe vs. Wade was promulgated.

Our laws definitely do not give anybody including poor women, the freedom to kill babies in their wombs by opting to use contraceptives that cause abortion.

Even then we still need the RH bill for population control because our country is already overpopulated which is the main cause of poverty and classroom shortage.

Our population may still be growing but we are not overpopulated. There is just overconcentration of population in urban areas. In fact World Bank statistics show that our population growth rate has been steadily declining from 3.3% in 1960 to 1.7% in 2011.

To be sure according to the “Emerging Markets Equity Team” of Morgan Stanley, “our booming population is not a disadvantage” but a “big economic plus” because the concentration of people and business drives growth. In fact BSP Governor Tetangco said that “While some countries are facing problems relating to aging population, the Philippines is set to enter its ‘demographic sweet spot.’ Studies have shown that extended periods of accelerated economic growth coincided with the countries entering this period.” Hence even theWall Street Journal has warned that the RH could derail the country’s economic growth.

Therefore, now is the time to pray that P-Noy and our legislators be given the gift of discernment between good and evil. Even if 70% of our people allegedly favor the RH bill according to surveys, it does not mean that the RH bill is good for us especially because those 70% have not been properly informed, or misinformed. Let us therefore join the prayer rally at the EDSA Shrine tomorrow, August 4.

The Truth about RH Bill

Mga Punto sa RH Bill, sa TOTOO lang


Naalala ko nung nasa college pa ko, nag-walk out ako minsan sa isang misa. Sa mga nakakakilala sa kin ngayon, malamang ay di sila makapaniwala sa ginawa kong yun. Pero totoong nangyari yun. Ito ay sa dahil sa pagkainis ko sa pari na nangaral laban sa two-child policy at sa panukalang tulad ng RH bill na sinusulong sa kongreso noon.  Nainis ako. Sa palagay ko kasi noon e dapat nang ipasa ang ganitong uri ng batas. Marami na ang naghihirap. Marami na ang nagugutom.  At hindi rin dapat mangaral sa pulpito si father dahil di niya alam ang sinasabi niya… yan ang sabi ko noon sa sarili ko.

At sa ilang beses kong pagbabasa at pakikipagdiskusyon tungkol sa RH BILL na ngayon ay RESPONSIBLE PARENTHOOD BILL, narinig ko na marahil ang lahat ng argumento ng magkabilang panig. Ilang beses ko na ring nabasa ang bill, yung orig, yung binago, yung binagong-binago (ilang revisions na rin kasi) at ang suma total ay halos pareho pa rin ang nilalaman.


Which side are you on?


Sa puntong ito, nasa kamay na ng mga taong niluklok natin sa puesto ang desisyon kung maisasabatas ba ang RH bill o hindi. Sa Aug 7 ay magkakaroon na ng botohan sa mababang kapulungan. Pero sa kabila nito, hindi pa rin sumusuko o humihinto ang magkabilang panig para ilahad ang posisyon sa usapang ito.  Kaya nakisali na rin ako. At nais kong ipahatid sa lahat ng mambabasa kung ano at bakit ako nandito sa side na ito.


Sa post na ito ay iniisa-isa ko na ang pinakakadalasang argumento na maririnig natin galing sa mga supporters ng RH bill. Ito yung mga naka-italics. Sa baba ay ang aking komento/opinyon patungkol sa bawat isa rito. Maaaring madagdagan pa ang mga ito sa mga susunod na araw pag naalala ko pa ang ilan. Maaaring magbigay rin kayo ng komento at opinion sa aking mga naisulat, kontra man kayo o kampi. Pero sana ay basahin nyo muna rin ang lahat ng isinulat ko sa baba. I-share nyo rin sa iba kung nagustuhan at nakatulong sa inyo ang mga bagay na nakasulat sa ibaba.


1.        This bill is necessary for the protection of our women as it promotes reproductive health benefits, sex education, women and children’s rights and protection, promotion of family planning, etc.

-- Tama naman po. Ang bill na ito ay naglalaman ng mga provisions na patungkol sa proteksyon ng kababaihan, benepisyo para sa pangangalaga ng kanilang “reproductive health” maging ng iba pa nilang mga karapatan bilang babae pati na rin ng kabataan. Kung babasahin niyo ang bill na ito ay talaga namang napakaganda para sa ating mga kababaihan ng karamihan sa mga provisions nito. At sa aking pagbabasa at pagreresearch patungkol sa bill na ito, nalaman ko rin na ang karamihan pala sa provisions ng bill na ito na ay nilalaman na rin ng ilang batas na meron na ang pamahalaang ito.


Ang patungkol sa karapatan at kalusugan ng kababaihan kasama ang kanilang reproductive health ay nasa loob na ng RA 9710 o ang Magna Carta of Women na naipasa na ilang taon na ang nakakaraan. Ang RA 9262 naman o ang Anti-Violence on Women and their Child Law ay pasok din sa karapatan ng kababaihan at kabataan laban sa pang-aabuso. Ang RA 6615 naman ay batas na nag-uutos na mag-extend ng medical assistance sa mga emergency cases sa kahit sinong tao ang mga pribado at publikong ospital (kung nabasa nyo yung bill, alam nyo na kung alin dito yung redundant part din. Tama, yung mga babaeng nag-undergo sa abortion na nagkaroon ng komplikasyon, pasok na sila sa bill na ito. And yes, may term na “abortion” sa RH bill). Meron na rin tayong PD 965 na nag-uutos sa mga ikakasal na dapat mag-undergo sila ng Family Planning seminar. May RA 8504 na tinatawag na Philippine AIDS Prevention Act din (the title explains itself). Para sa mga murang gamot naman ay may RA 9502.  Meron dingExecutive Order 452 na para sa mabuti at libreng serbisyo para sa mga indigent families.


At ilan lang po yan sa mga batas na meron na po tayo (at marahil ay dapat ipatupad pa ng maayos) na naglalaman na ng halos lahat ng probisyon (maliban sa isa) na nasa RH Bill. Hindi na po marahil kailangan pa ng RH bill at DAGDAG NA PONDO para sa bagong batas para ipatupad ang mga yan.



At kung nagtatanong po kayo kung ano yung isang provision na hindi nilalaman ng ibang batas pero matatagpuan sa RH bill, ayun po ay ang PROVISION na ang gobyerno ay MAGPOPONDO para sa contraceptives na siyang ipapamigay sa mga tao. Ang sinasabing pondo na gagamitin sa RH Bill ay naglalaro sa pagitan ng 3-14 Billion Pesos at marahil ay ilang bahagi nito ang mapupunta sa pagbili ng mga contraceptives. Ang tax na pinaghihirapan ng mamamayan na nagkukulang na para sagutin ang ilang mas matindi nating pangangailangan ay babawasan pa para ipambili ng condom, pills, IUD at kung ano ano pa.



Patungkol naman sa “maternal deaths” na dapat ay talagang maiwasan na sa panahong ito, ang statistika na ibinibinigay ng mga supporters ng RH Bill na “11 deaths per day” ay outdated na po at noong 90s pa nagmula ang datos na ito. Sa paglipas ng panahon at pagusbong ng kaalaman at teknolohiya, malaki na po ang ibinaba ng maternal death rate sa bansa ayon na rin sadatos ng National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB).


Maging sa World Health Organization (WHO) report nito lang 2010  ay nagsasabing malaki na ang binaba ng maternal death rates ng bansa at higit na mas malaki pa ang binaba kumpara sa ilang bansang progresibo gaya ng Russia, Hungary, Malaysia, Germany at Israel.


 At kung nanaisin lang natin na talagang bumaba, bakit hindi natin tanungin ang isang midwife sa Sagada, Mountain Province na isa sa pinakaliblib na lugar sa Pilipinas. Hindi ganoon kaprogresibo ang kanilang lugar maging ang kanyang pamamaraan pero nagawa niyang  maging kasangkapan para sa “Zero Maternal Deaths” at “Low Infant Mortality Rate” sa area na pinagtrabahuhan niya? Dahil dito ginawaran pa siya ng award ng United Nations. Pondo? Teknolohiya? Wala sila nun. Pero ang meron sila ay disiplina at dedikasyon para magawan nang paraan ang suliraning ito.


2.        We are overpopulated and continuously growing exponentially. And in a few years, our country will not be able to carry the whole population and our people will starve due to complete lack of resources.


-- Nakakatakot po talaga kung titingnan natin ang datos ng pag-akyat ng bilang ng populasyon ng Pilipinas.  Nasa 100 Million na tayo mahigit ngayon. Parang nung highschool more than 10yrs ago ay nasa 55 Million lang at ngayon ay doble na. Sabi ng iba ay baka sa 2020 daw ay di na tayo halos magkasya sa bansa.

Pero bakit parang sa Maynila at ilang mga urban na lugar lamang natin nakikita ang siksikang tao? Bakit sa mga karatig lugar at probinsya na lang ay tila maluluwag at malalaki pa ang lupa? At bakit marami pa ring mga bayan sa ating bansa na kokonti lang naman ang populasyon at may naglalakihang mga lupain ay naghihirap pa rin? Hindi kaya korapsyon ang dapat na bawasan?


Isa pa, totoo bang walang hanggan na ang paglobo ng populasyon natin? Subukan nating tingnan ang Total Fertility Rate. Ayon sadatos ng NSO, ang Total Fertility Rate ng bansa ay bumaba na ng todo kumpara noong 1960s sa value na 7 at ang value ay bumaba ng lampas kalahati na sa value na 3.1 noong 2008. At sa rate ng pagbaba ng TFR ng bansa ngayon, kahit wala pang RH bill ay tinatayang aabot ito sa value na 2.2 to 2.4 sa taong 2025. Dahil na rin ito sa pagbabago ng pamumuhay at kaalaman ng tao sa bansa.  Ayon na rin sa pag-aaral, ang value po ng TFR na kailangang ma-maintain o mataasan ng isang bansa para ang kasalukuyang populasyon ay mapalitan ang kanilang bilang sa susunod na henerasyon ay 2.3.


Pero sabi naman ng iba, kahit pababa ang TFR natin ay bakit pataas pa rin ng pataas ang bilang ng populasyon? Ang sagot po ay ang initial momentum na dulot ng mataas na TFR noong 60s and 70s.Kumbaga, nakapondo na tayo. Kahit pa bumaba ang fertility rate ngayon, hindi ito basta basta magdedecline agad. Gradual ito. Ang tingnan  natin ay ang rate ng growth hanggang umabot sa saturation point by the year 2040s.


Kung di pa rin maintindihan, ihalintulad natin ito sa isang kotse. Sa kanyang initial acceleration, binigyan siya ng malakas na power para tumakbo ng matulin at makatakbo ng malayong distansya.  Habang umaandar palayo, binababa paunti unti ng driver ang puwersa para bumaba ang speed. Pero habang pinapababa niya ang speed, tatakbo pa rin palayo ang kotse dahil na rin sa initial force.  At habang binibitawan ng driver ang gas, didiretso pa rin ang takbo ng kotse papalayo dahil sa nga sa initial force. At hanggang umabot ito sa distansya na kayang itulak ng pang-unang puwersa ang kotse, dun lang ito hihinto sa pag-andar. Ngayon, palitan natin yung force ng TFR, at yung distance naman yung population growth. Yan po ang dahilan kaya kahit pababa ang TFR ay tumataas pa rin ang populasyon.


Maraming bansa na rin ngayon na may TFR na mas mababa sa 2.3 at ang kanilang bansa ngayon ay nammroblema dahil sa population decline at aging (tulad ng Japan, Russia, Germany, Slovenia, atbp). Ito yung tinatawag na demographic winter na kung saan, tumanda ang kanilang populasyon nang hindi dumadami at naubusan na sila ng mga “manpower” para patakbuhin at palaguin pa ang kanilang ekonomiya. Dahil dito, ang kanilang gobyerno ay gumawa ng mga batas para “i-encourage” ang kanilang mamamayan  na mag-anak. Binibigyan nila ng benepisyong dagdag para magparami ang mga tao. Ang mga bansang ito ay progresibo na. Paano kung sa atin mangyari ito at mapabilis ng RH Bill na ibaba ang ating TFR na bumababa naman naturally? Pinagmamalaki ng gobyernong ito ang pagangat ng ekonomiya at ito ay napapansin na nga ng ibang bansa. Hindi ba kaya umaangat ang ekonomiya natin dahil angating mamamayan ang sumasalo ng trabaho sa mga bansang ito na nagkukulang ng manpower sa pamamagitan ng OFWs at BPO sa bansa? Ito ang ating bentahe sa kanila ngayon. At aalisin ba natin?


3.        The people have the right to informed choice. People must choose for themselves.


--  Naniniwala ako na dapat talaga,alam ng bawat isa sa atin ang pagpipilian at may karapatan tayo na pumili ng nararapat para sa ating mga sarili. Kaya nga may mga batas nang naipatupad tulad ng nabanggit sa number 1. Marami na ring mga palabas sa tv na ito ang tinuturo.  Ilang NGOs na rin na ito ang adbokasya.


Kung titingnan din natin ang mga diskusyon patungkol sa batas na ito, libo libo o milyon milyon pa siguro na mga Pilipino ang nagdidiskusyon patungkol sa RH Bill. Dito ay makikita natin na marami na talaga ang “INFORMED” kahit wala pang RH bill. At yung choice, matagal nang meron din ang bawat isa dahil wala naming batas na pumipigil sa tao na gumamit ng contraceptives. Pero sa oras na maipasa ang batas, ke ayaw ng isang tao na gumamit ng contraceptive o hindi, labag man sa kagustuhan o paniniwala niya, gagamitin ang kanyang buwis para ipampondo sa contraceptives at mabibigyan siya ng mga ito sa ayaw niya o sa gusto.  Sa huli, mas mawawalan pa nga tayo ng choice sa oras na maisabatas ang RH Bill.


4.        Contraceptives must be accessible for the people and they must have the rights to use it.


-       Tulad ng nabanggit sa number 1, may mga batas nang patungkol sa Family Planning. Kaya nga may mga health centers nang nagpprovide ng family planning seminars and consultations at nagbibigay din ng mga free contraceptives ang ilan dito. At kung accessibility lang din ang paguusapan, pumunta lang sa pinakamalapit na convenience store at makakabili na ng ilan sa mga ito.


At sa may mga gustong gumamit nito, wala naman talagang batas na nagpipigil ng paggamit nito. Gamitin nila kung gusto nila lalo’t kung hindi ito labag sa kanilang paniniwala.  Pero sana naman eh bumili sila ng sarili nila. At kung wala silang pambili, magpigil pigil naman sana sila. Huwag naman sanang asahan na sasagutin pa ito ng gobyerno para sa kanila.  Wag rin nilang i-asa na galing pa sa bulsa ng mga taong labag ang kalooban at sa kanilang paniniwala ang paggamit ang pambili nila ng contraceptives. Kung ito ang pagkagastusan ng gobyerno ng ilang bilyon habang nagrarally ang maraming estudyante na nananawagan ng dagdag na pondo sa edukasyon, habang kulang ang pondo sa programang pag agrikultura, habang kulang ang pambili natin ng gamit at armas ng AFP, hindi kaya dapat isantabi ang pagprioritize sa budget para sa mga contraceptives?


5.        RH Bill prevents abortion.


          --     Maraming debate patungkol dito, kung kelan nagsisimula ang buhay. Depende kung saang side ka nanggagaling kung alin paniniwalaan mo.  Kung sa fertilization nga ba nagsisimula ang buhay o sa implantation.


Ganito na lang siguro. Karamihan kasi sa mga pills, ay may mga actions na ginagawa sa loob ng matris ng ating mga kababaihan. 2 ang pineprevent nito, una ay ang mafertilized ang egg, pangalawa ay panipisin ang wall o kaya ay mag-secrete ng maraming mucus para ang fertilized egg ay hindi kumapit o kaya ay humina ang kapit hanggang sa tuluyang mawala ang fertilized egg.


Sa akin kung ako ang tatanungin, yung fertilized na egg ay isang nilalang nang may buhay. Kung sa iba ay hindi, nasa paniniwala naman nila yun. Pero yung ikalawang aksyon ng pills na iniiwasang kumapit o pinapahina ang kapit ng fertilized egg, ito na yungABORTIFACIENT character na tinatawag dun sa mga pills. Maaaring sabihin ng iba na “hindi pa naman kumapit”, pero paano yung nakakapit pero mahina lang kaya tuluyan rin nahulog pagkatapos? So hindi tayo sigurado kung anong “aksyon” ang nangyari sa loob. Lumalabas na hindi tayo sure kung may bata ba tayong napatay o wala. Hindi dapat sinusugal ang buhay kahit kelan.

Labas naman sa technical na usapan ay sa usapin ng psychology.  Ang konsepto ng “contraceptive” ay laging karugtong ng “abortion”. Hindi ba’t kaya ginagamit ang contraceptive ay para mapigilan ang “unwanted pregnancies”? Halos lahat ng mga contraceptive ngayon sa merkado ay walang 100% assurance na makakaiwas ng pagbubuntis. Sakaling matyempuhan ang isang babae na pumalpak ang contraceptive, ang resulta nito ay “unwanted pregnancy” pa rin, at dahil unwanted, may ilan pa rin na magtatangka na ipa-abort ito. Patunay ito sa resulta sa mga bansang may batas nang tulad ng RH Bill ay karamihan sa kanila ang sabay na pagtaas ng paggamit ng contraceptive at pagtaas ng bilang ng abortion tulad ng US, Cuba, Sweden, Denmark, Singapore, South Korea atbp.

Maaaring sabihin naman na kahit illegal ang abortion sa Pilipinas ay may gumagawa pa rin. Ganon din naman ang pagpatay, pagnanakaw at kung ano ano pang krimen. Pero tulad ng isang nagpaabort, ang isang magnanakaw pag nabaril, karapatan pa rin niya na maipagamot siya bago siya maparusahan sa krimeng kanyang ginawa.



6.        RH Bill is needed to prevent further spread of HIV, AIDS and other STDs.

--  Tulad sa number 1, may batas na po tayo na nakatutok po specific sa bagay na ito. Ang RA 8504 or ang "Philippine AIDS Prevention and Control Act of 1998." ang komprehensibong batas na ginawa para mabawasan at maibaba ang bilang mga taong nagkakaroon ng sakit na ito. Lahat ng provisions na patungkol sa AIDS/HIV na nasa RH Bill ay nakapaloob na ditto at mas marami at mas kumpleto pa. Kailangan na lang sigurong ipatupad ng mas maayos o kung gusto man nilang repasuhin ay puede naman kung gugustuhin nila.


7.        Catholic Church opposition is the only argument that anti-RH people have.

--  Ayon na rin sa mga nabanggit sa taas, hindi lang ang aral ng Simbahan ang batayan ng paglaban sa RH Bill, mas marami pa nga ang secular, scientific, constitutional at logical na mga dahilan para hindi ito maisabatas. Kadalasan, pag may RH bill na topic, kahit hindi nababanggit ang Simbahan ay makikita sa mga komento ang salitang “bishops, catholic, church, pari,pope” tapos may katabing mga salitang “damaso,pajero, bigot, hypocrite, makitid” at iba iba pang masasamang salita kahit wala naman sa istorya yung simbahan.


Ito ay marahil na rin sa ang Simbahang Katoliko ang pinakavocal na lumalaban sa RH bill at sa kabila naman, ang Simbahan rin ang nakikita nilang pinakamalaking hadlang at ito rin ang pinaka madaling gawing “poster boy” para kumampi ang mga tao sa RH Bill. Alam naman natin na marami rin ang galit sa Simbahan.

Pero sa kabila nito, hindi matatawaran ang dami ng mga tao at secular groups na laban sa RH Bill. Pero ito ay kadalasang isinasantabi ng mga proponents ng bill at ang patuloy lang na sinasagot nila ay ang mga argumento ng Simbahan. Don’t get me wrong. I stand and I believe in the Church’s side on this matter. But of course, pag argumentong pang Simbahan lang ang pinagusapan, mae-alienate ang mga hindi katoliko at maaaring magbunga ito ng hindi pagkakaunawa sa tunay na nilalaman ng RH Bill sa kanila at maaaring magbunga pa ng pagkampi nila sa panukalang ito sa dahilang ayaw lang nila sa anumang bagay na may relasyon sa Simbahang Katoliko.



8.        RH Bill will make people responsible, become good parents and make their lives better.


--  Sa dinami dami ng magagandang provisions na nasa loob ng RH Bill kung ito ay ating babasahin, talaga nga sigurong maganda ang magiging bunga ng mga ito. Yun nga lang, dahil nga naulit lang sa ibang batas ang laman nito at mas kumpleto pa sa iba tulad ng nabanggit sa number 1, hindi na kailangan pang isabatas ang naisabatas na.

At tulad ng nabanggit na rin sa number 3, matalino na ang mga Pilipino ngayon. Sigurado ako na magtanong ka kahit kanino kung gusto ba nila na mag-anak ng marami, ang isasagot ay hindi dahil mahirap ang buhay. Pero meron pa rin namang mga pamilya na malalaki at nagdadaan sa hirap ngayon. Marami akong kakilala. Makakatulong ba sa kanila ang RH Bill para umangat sa buhay? Malaki na ang pamilya nila eh, ang kailangan nila ngayon ay trabaho at edukasyon, hindi na condom.


Yung mga anak nila ang dapat nating alagaan. Bigyan ng tamang edukasyon para maging responsableng mamamayan. Hindi sex education ang sagot para maging responsable sila sa buhay. Ilan ba sa atin (lalo na sa mga magbabasa nito) ang dumaan sa formal sex education? Malamang ay konti lang o wala. Kahit ako hindi e. Pero alam ko naman kung paano maging responsable at ganoon ka rin na bumabasa ng article na ito. Pareho lang tayo, dahil nakapag aral tayo, dahil nagabayan tayo ng magulang natin ng maayos, alam natin kung ano ang tama at mali. Responsible Parenthood bill? Walang pinagkaiba yan sa RH Bill kung babasahin. Title lang po halos ang binago at ilang mga pagbabago sa ilang probisyon.


Isa pa, hindi lang naman sa mahihirap ang nagkakaroon ng mga iresponsableng mga tao pagdating sa usaping sekswalidad. Maging sa mga alta-sosyedad, mga pulitiko o mga professional na tao ay nagkakaroon din ng problemang ganito.  Pero sigurado po ako na ang isang taong may laman ang tyan at may laman ang utak ay mas makakapag isip at makakakilos ng tama bilang isang mabuting mamamayan kesa sa isang taong gutom at mangmang.


Kaya ako po ay nagpapasalamat sa mga pro-RH bill people lalo na kayong may tapat at may busilak na hangarin sa pagsuporta sa panukalang ito. KAYO po ang aking PATUNAY sa buod ng aking isinulat sa itaas. Dahil kayo po mismo na hindi nakaranas ng RH Bill ay alam kung ano kabutihan ng pagpplano sa buhay. Alam ninyo kung paano maging responsableng magulang at paano maging isang responsableng mamamayan.  Kayo po ang patunay na ang RH BILL ay isang panukalang HINDI NA NATIN KAILANGAN para mapabuti ang kaisipan at kalagayan ng ating mga mamamayan. Ang kailangan natin ay edukasyon at disiplina. Salamat at mabuhay po tayong lahat.

Unheard of reasons why I am against the RH Bill

Conversations with pro-RH and watching debates on TV made me realize these new reasons why I’m against the RH Bill:

1) It condones negligent parents by saying: “Parents are irresponsible. Who else will teach the children on sex? The Government needs to intervene.”

2) It also condones corruption in government: “Alam naman nating mahirap pugsain ang corruption sa Pilipinas. When else will we start helping the poor?”

3) It demeans the ability of the poor to practice discipline in NFP. “Natural doesn’t always seem to work for the very poor that’s why they have 6-11 children  ” – Karen Davila

4) For the sake of choice, the pro-RH wants the poor to choose between natural and Group 1 carcinogens (contraceptive pills), and provide the latter for free.

5) The pro-RH are “not aware” of the abortifacient nature of contraceptive pills. Their comment? “In my opinion, they are not abortifacients.” Now medicine has become a matter of opinion. Add to that the opinion on where life begins.

6) The pro-RH will always downplay the obvious connection of contraception and abortion as if they are two different advocacies in the real pro-life stand. They will not answer the question of Plan B if contraception fails.

7) Rep. Hontiveros’ idea of sex education is contradicting: A – bstinence, B-e monogamous, and C-ontraception. Why put abstinence and contraception together? Why A if there is C? Why C if there is A?

8 ) Carlos Celdran is one name-calling pro-RH. No need to elaborate. (Rep. Hontiveros needs to tame him down.)

9) The pro-RH camp would last resort to destroying the person (and the Church) in their defense. These politicians do not know how to engage in a sustained reasonable debate. Can they just stick to the issue?

On NFP.
Pro-RH: “If it is so great, then why hasn’t the church teach about it with vigor like what they’re screaming about it now?”
Me: “Naku, you put in the Church na into our discussion. I wanted to keep the Church out of it. Now that you mentioned it, let’s put the Church in.”
Pro-RH: “My bad. I thought your linking it to there stand [sic].”

10) “Iba ang moralidad niyo sa moralidad ko.” – Dr. Sylvia Caludio. Aba! Then why should we let you impose your morality that contraception and abortion are okay on us? Dr. Claudio by the way is the chairman of WGNRR, an organization that supports abortion. “[Dr. Claudio] and her org can promote it all she wants. I don’t, and will not start advocating it.” – Ms. Lea Salonga.

11) The RH Bill is filed under the Commission on Population and Development. But they push on health benefits. It should then be files under Health, di ba? I smell something fishy.

Why I support the Catholic Church in its fight against the RH Bill:

1) The Church believes that the poor are human persons who are capable of practicing discipline.

2) She has been consistent in her arguments against the RH Bill. There is no need for strategy changes.

3) They protect the real essence of the woman, her uterus, by keeping the dangerous pills from destroying it.

4) The Church does help save the women’s lives by not promoting Group 1 carcinogens (e.g. contraceptive pills).

5) She supports PNoy’s slogan: “Kung walang corrupt, walang mahirap.”

6) The pronoun for the Catholic Church is actually female.

7) The Church has always been pro-poor: Caritas. Visit the website, you’ll see the programs for the poor there. Some Catholics are active also in helping the poor: Gawad Kalinga.

A brief message for those who claim themselves to be Catholics but are pro-RH: Have you read the Catechism of the Catholic Church? For sure, you haven’t. I suggest you read it. It’s very reasonable. It is “faith seeking understanding.” Then, and only then, can we have a decent discussion involving the Church without destroying its credibility.

I am entitled to my own realizations, and these are just based on my experiences. For sure there are exceptions to these instances. When I sound like I am generalizing, I am only referring to the people I had been exposed to.

My blog, my rules. For a change, comments section will only be dedicated to understanding the side of those against the RH Bill. This blog will be dedicated to fully understanding the Anti-RH Bill side. I expect questions about and supporting facts for the Anti-RH stand in the comments section. Any comment posted that doesn’t follow the rules will not be posted. ☺

First the Dark Lord tells everyone that marriage doesn’t matter. “It’s only a piece of paper!” they cried. He encourages promiscuity, sexual ‘freedom’, adultery, fornication and co-habitation. “Marriage? What’s Marriage? Just an outdated institution to keep women barefoot and pregnant and in the kitchen.” Let’s get rid of marriage. Let’s make divorce no-fault, cheap and easy. Marry as many times as you want, but marriage? It’s only a piece of paper.

Once that lie is firmly established simply shift it the other way around. “Marriage? We all want to be married!” Women want to marry each other. Men want to marry each other. Marriage is wonderful! Why are you denying me the right to be married! I want to be married too! I deserve to be married! I want to be married and spend the rest of my life with the person I love! Marriage! Marriage! It’s a wonderful thing marriage! We all want to be married!

This is the tactic: First destroy the sacred, the beautiful and the true, then once you’ve replaced it with a lie make sure everyone wants it. The same thing happened with ordination. “The Church is clerical! All those clergy! We want to de-clericalize the church! Get rid of the hierarchy! Don’t you know the Bible teaches the ‘priesthood of ALL believers! You don’t need a priest to confess. You can go straight to God. Those priests! They’re all misogynistic pedophiles! Priests! Creepy old guys in dirty cassocks. Yucch! Who wants to be a priest? Nobody. Seminaries are empty. Good. Ordination is outdated…”

Then the proponents of women priests say, “Why can’t we be priests? We want to be priests too? How can you deny our gifts? We want equal rights! We should be ordained too. We should be priests. How can you deny married men the priesthood? Don’t you know the first priests were married? Don’t you know there is evidence that there were women priests in the early church?? I mean there is a picture of a person in the catacombs who might be a woman who has her hands raised in prayer just like a priest!!!”

That’s why you have to stick to the truth. You start giving in to the protesters–the people who scream and bitch and moan and complain? As soon as you do they’ll turn the tables and get you for exactly the opposite fault.

Don’t appease bullies–especially if they’re being nice.

Priests for Life announces it will defy HHS mandate: goes into effect today

NEW YORK, August 1, 2012, (LifeSiteNews.com) – The HHS mandate goes into effect today for businesses and non-religious employers, but one organization has already announced it will not comply.

Fr. Frank Pavone, national director of Priests for Life.

Fr. Frank Pavone, national director of Priests for Life, said that while that organization “advocates the observance of all just laws…I want to make it clear to you today that we will disobey this mandate.”

In a letter setting forth official policy on the matter, Fr. Pavone wrote, “Neither Priests for Life as an organization, nor any one of our administrative team or Board of Directors, nor I personally, consent to provide, pay for, advocate, counsel, refer, or in any way tolerate or cooperate with any process, plan, exchange of money or services, or any other activity that would enable a person to engage in the use of abortion-inducing drugs, contraception, or sterilization.” 

The group does not qualify for a one-year exemption available to religious organizations to “adapt” to the mandate. “We are not ‘religious’ enough for this administration,” he said.

Faced with the option of violating its conscience or incurring fines up to $100 a day per employee beginning today, Priests for Life is standing by its convictions.

“Whether or not the government decides to eventually impose fines on us when our health insurance policy is renewed in a few months is not the issue,” Fr. Pavone wrote. “The issue is that as of today, as far as the government is concerned, we have to provide health insurance coverage for practices that are morally objectionable.”

The pro-life Catholic group had long signaled its impending defiance of what it considers an unjust and unconstitutional law.

“We don’t need a year, nor do we need a moment, to determine what we are going to do, or to ‘adapt’ to the rule,” Fr. Pavone said early this year. “You don’t adapt to injustice; you oppose it.”

The organization sued the Obama administration in February. The administration is expected to file a motion to have the lawsuit dismissed today, something Fr. Pavone says will fail. 

The victory of Hercules Industries over the administration’s lawyers in obtaining an injunction against the HHS mandate gives Priests for Life reason for optimism. The ruling, made by a Carter-appointed judge who served in the Peace Corps, established that a private employer may have legal standing to object to the mandate on statutory grounds.
